BUS 422 - Advanced Human Resource Management

This course is designed to provide an advanced level of knowledge in the study of human resource management. Students will integrate the knowledge gained through previous coursework and experience and build on the conceptual foundation through class discussions, real-life case study, debates, and practical applications. Covered topics: training and development, training management, talent planning and management, employee compensation, employee benefits, compensation, corporate & social responsibility, trends in HRM, and expanding the domains of HRM.
