IA 209 - Construction and Materials II: Building Systems

In this class, students explore the technical and aesthetic aspects of structure, environmental systems, and principles of acoustic design and their impact on the built and natural environments. The appropriate selection of technologies based on codes, universal design, sustainability, function, aesthetics, and human comfort (thermal and environmental) are explored and evaluated for interior spaces.
