BUS 317 - Construction Cost Control and Estimation

This course provides an introduction to construction budgeting, estimating, scheduling, and project management. Students will learn techniques for developing project budgets, forecasts, and bids, as well as strategies for managing construction projects through scheduling, cost control, quality control, safety, communication, and documentation. Real-world case studies will allow students to apply the fundamental theories and skills covered in the course.
