For recent graduates who have secured a job or cannot the intensive on-campus program, the new Professional MBA offers a flexible alternative. This 2-year online program provides the same solid foundation in business principles and practices, tailored for early professionals who must balance work and study.

We also offer part-time MBA programs, available online or in the evening, with concentrations in fields such as Arts Administration, Entrepreneurship, Events Management, Global Hospitality Management, Healthcare Management, Human Resources, Non-Profit, Public Administration, and Sustainability & Environmental Social Governance (ESG). In addition to degree programs, we provide Mini Masters - Graduate Business Certificates that are ideal for adult learners and those seeking to upskill or pivot their careers. These 12-credit certificates, completed in just six months, offer electronic badging and are stackable toward a full degree. With two starts per year in October and January, these certificates cover fields such as Construction Project Management, Cyber Security, Supply Chain Management, etc.

Mini Masters - Graduate Business Certificates (12 Credits):

Endicott’s Mini Master graduate certificate programs are cost-effective, skill-based qualifications designed to provide students with knowledge, skills, and abilities that can be immediately applied in their field. These programs are 100% online, asynchronous, and can be completed in as little as six months.

Each Mini Master program consists of 12 credits, equivalent to 4 courses. These are real graduate-level courses, offering a substantial educational experience without a full degree’s financial and time commitments. The courses completed in these certificate programs can also be applied toward a master’s degree in business, information technology, or healthcare management at Endicott College, allowing students to continue their educational goals seamlessly.  For those who already have a graduate degree, allows for upskilling opportunities without the time or cost of another degree program.

Upon completion of all four classes, students will receive a Graduate Certificate and a completion badge, which can be displayed on their LinkedIn profile. This recognition validates the new skills and knowledge acquired, enhancing professional credibility and career opportunities.


Business Administration - Fifth Year, Intensive (Master of Business Administration)


The Fifth Year MBA Program at Endicott College is designed to provide recent college graduates with an intensive, full-time graduate study experience. This program can be completed in 9 months (1 academic year), allowing graduates to quickly earn their MBA and advance their careers.

This program is ideal for individuals who have graduated within the past 2 years and wish to complete their MBA swiftly. To complete a concentration in the following areas, students must complete four three-credit courses (for a total of 12 credits) in the area of concentration.

Students may have two concentrations. In order to complete a second concentration, courses used to fulfill the requirements of the first concentration may not be used to meet the requirements of the second concentration. Substitution courses may not be used to satisfy concentration requirements. Students completing the requirements of two concentrations must complete eight three-credit courses (for a total of 24 credits) before the masters degree is awarded.
