ABA 538 - Personnel Supervision and Management In this course, students will learn a variety of critical skills and concepts about providing supervision in the field of applied behavior analysis. Key learning objectives include, but are not limited to, behavioral skills training, performance feedback techniques, competency-based training, and collaboration with professionals from other disciplines. Organizational behavior management procedures relating to performance analysis and management, supervision, staff training, behavioral systems analysis, organizational culture, and leadership are also a focus within this course. Multiple practical application activities are embedded in the course to ensure transfer of knowledge to real world practice contexts. Skills to be targeted include understanding and demonstrating culturally responsive and compassionate supervision practices, as well as myriad tools and training needed to provide quality, effective supervision in the field of ABA. This course aligns with the BACB® 6th edition test content outline (TCO) and focuses primarily within the personnel supervision and management section. Other key elements from the TCO will be included throughout the course as well.
