ABA 220 - Supervision and Management

This course is an introduction to the application of behavior analytic principles to supervision, management, and collaboration. Organizational Behavior Management uses functional assessments to create systematic and lasting change while focusing on improving performance through competency based training, feedback and ongoing monitoring.  This course also offers insight into good leadership practices to help future behavior analysts build rapport and create a diverse and welcoming workplace culture.
