MTH 126 - Applied Statistics

Introduces the student to applied statistical methods used in industry and scientific applications. Emphasis will be on application, as students use descriptive and inferential statistics to analyze data and interpret the results. Common topics include confidence intervals, hypothesis testing, and linear regression and correlation. Satisfies the Quantitative Reasoning General Education requirement.
