BUS 311 - Corporate Finance FA/SP
This course provides an overview of principles, theories, and practical applications of corporate financial management. Students gain an understanding of financial decision-making processes using the time value of money, financial statements, principles of risk and return, valuation techniques, the cost of capital, capital structure and dividend policies which all impact a firm’s value and capital structure. Students will apply ethical principles from the CFA Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Conduct.
