Students in this course will explore the theoretical, ideological, organizational, and operational aspects of asymmetric terrorism. Through a combination of research, analysis, and exercises, participants will apply this expertise to evaluate terrorist threats to the United States and critically appraise the complex anti-terrorism policies intended to safeguard the American homeland.
