MSAT 610 - Epidemiology & Informatics

This course will instruct students on how to use strategies to achieve the best patient outcomes by collecting, analyzing, and effecting change using qualitative and quantitative information. Students will consider athletic training from a public health perspective. Students will be asked to examine injury, illness and recovery rates from an epidemiological perspective and consider biostatistic problem solving.
