HTM 305 - Contemporary Restaurant Concepts and Operations Students examine trends in the contemporary restaurant sector and learn the process of creating and operating a restaurant from concept development to orchestrating successful operational procedures. The new restaurant concept will include menu design, kitchen and dining area layout plan, a marketing plan, and operation plan.
Prerequisites & Notes HTM 250 or by permission of instructor.
