HTM 225 - Hospitality Management Accounting

Assessment of control practices, financial analysis, and pricing decisions for the hospitality industry are explored. Emphasis on revenue management, forecasting, budgeting, cost management, and effective decision making with the use of timely, accurate, and meaningful accounting information. Focus is on the preparation, evaluation, and analysis of financial statements.
