ABA 547 - OBM & Sustainable Design Thinking

Organizational behavior management techniques have been widely applied across a variety of business models to enhance both group and individual performance while supporting a culture of success within the company. Design thinking is a creative and systematic approach to solving problems by relying on human-centered observations of behavior. This course will explore the evidence-based OBM techniques combined with design thinking and how the practice translates to sustainable changes for the organizational group.
