ABA 709 - Practice Immersion II

This immersive course is the second in a two-part series designed to create learning opportunities for doctoral students with content area experts in various applied and/or higher education settings. This 135-hour mentored course emphasizes the application of a scientist-practitioner model. Students will either take a deeper dive into the topic that they chose for Clinical Immersion I or choose a new area that they are interested in learning about. In both cases, students will work towards developing systems and interventions for socially significant issues. The goal is for students to gain critical clinical, academic, professional, and/or other specialized skills that promote best practices in applications of Applied Behavior Analysis.
