ABA 816 - Practice Project

This mentored course is designed to provide students opportunities to engage in advanced scholarly clinical applications based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). This course will emphasize the clinical applications of ABA in real-world clinical settings. Students will select a topic of study that demonstrates both social and applied significance within clinical practice. During the course, students will focus on generating a specific applied question and designing an intervention to solve a real-world clinical problem. They will obtain approval from required institutional review boards, collecting data, and creating a scholarly manuscript based on their clinical project. Students will experience taking a clinical project from inception all the way to completion.
