ABA 766 - Research Immersion Practicum II

This immersive course is the second in a two-part series designed to create learning opportunities for doctoral students to further expand their research skills and repertoires. This 135-hour mentored course, emphasizes a deeper understanding of research methodology and tactics. Students will either take a deeper dive into a topic they chose for Research Immersion I or choose a new area for research and study. In both cases, students will engage in research related activities such as, synthesizing existing literature, developing scientific writing skills, and specialized data analysis to test effective interventions. The goal is for students to expand their research skills and gain greater skills regarding dissemination of their work through presentations and publications.
