In this immersive semester-long course, students will step into the spotlight as performers, honing their craft as actors on stage. Through practical exercises, scene work, and rehearsals, students will explore the fundamental principles of acting, character development, and stage presence, as well as the collaborative dynamics of ensemble work. This course offers a transformative journey into the heart of the actor’s craft, empowering students to embody characters, tell stories, and captivate audiences with the power of live performance. Satisfies the Aesthetic Awareness and Creative Expression General Education Elective.
