HTM 410 - Service Practicum I
AS NEEDED
The course provides stagiaires the basics of supervising and managing hospitality students within the domain of customer relations. The students are required to ensure the proper level of service standards are maintained in the nontraditional classroom.
Prerequisites & Notes
HTM110 or HTM140 and permission of instructor.
