IA 672 - Master’s Thesis II

Thesis II is the final stage of the master’s thesis, which requires students to prepare a comprehensive defense on their area of inquiry relevant to interior design or practice. The course builds upon research methods and standards discussed in the previous Thesis stage and are now applied to defend the student’s critical position, through a professionally applicable problem. This may be delivered through a paneled lecture with visuals and a scholarly defense component with applicable focused design studies. Students deliver the comprehensive defense through visual strategies including 2-d and further 3-dimensional investigation.
