PHT 160 - Photographic Applications I

This second course in the photography sequence extends basic concepts introduced in PHT116. Emphasis is placed upon the production of images that are based on professional assignments and commissions which can include: event and performance documentation, journalism and storytelling, and marketing/communications. Students will work on an extended project to develop their own voice and vision. Areas of technical instruction include flash photography, basic studio lighting, online portfolio development and fine print production.
