EDL 772A/772B - Doctoral Apprenticeship I & II

The doctoral apprenticeship provides doctoral candidates with professionally supervised, consistent and comprehensive exposure to the roles and functions of a wide variety of leadership roles in the field of education. The apprenticeship is structured to introduce participants to contemporary administrative issues, problems, and practices in leadership and to refine leadership skills and competencies. This 6 credit course takes place over two semesters during which doctoral candidates complete, and document, a minimum of 500 hours of apprenticeship time.
