DAN 235 - Mind and Body Awareness This course is designed to increase Mind/Body awareness, improve posture, inner balance and strength; educate awareness of injury prevention; and demonstrate techniques for relief from pain and tension to be applied when performing. This course also provides students the means for understanding health and wellness of the performer, athlete or student.
