PE 371 - Fitness Across the Lifespan Demonstrates how professionals can cultivate an understanding of and appreciation for lifelong fitness in others. Students will learn to assess activities that enhance the wellness of the whole person: intellectually, affectively, and physically. Content will address acute and chronic adaptations to physical activity in various body systems.
