PE 370 - Fitness Sampler This course is designed to start a student on the path to healthy living by exposing them to the following fitness concepts: Yoga (four weeks), Step Aerobics (four weeks), Weight Training (four weeks) and Health and Wellness (two weeks).
Prerequisites & Notes Can be repeated for up to 3 credits.
