PHL 310 - Bioethics Bioethics provides students an opportunity to explore controversial political, legal, and moral issues that arise from objectives and methods of medical and biotechnological disciplines. The course includes an overview of ethical principles and theories relevant to these issues, which include healthcare, physician-assisted suicide, genetic engineering, and reproductive technologies among others. Satisfies the Values and Ethical Reasoning General Education and Writing Designated core requirements.
