                  ENG 260 - Gothic Literature The course introduces students to the concepts, critical theories, and principal texts of the Gothic movement from the late 18th Century to the late 20th Century. Students read a variety of novels and short stories that exemplify the Gothic genre, and study a selection of critical documents that explain and account for the enduring popularity of this compelling literary movement. Satisfies Literary Perspectives General Education and Writing Designated core requirements.
