                  ED 301/301L - Math Methods and Field Experience Examines the purpose and content of the K-6 mathematics curriculum, highlighting a wide variety of teaching procedures and instructional materials. Evaluation techniques for use in the classroom and pedagogical methodology are addressed. Current research, issues, and frameworks are examined. A semester-long field component is included in this course. Must be registered for the course and field experience sections. This field experience incorporates all methods courses and content areas.
  Prerequisites & Notes  Junior class status and a passing score on at least two MTEL exams. Open to liberal studies/education teacher licensure majors only.
