Leading Organizational Change Through Strategic Management Development
Corporate Education at Endicott College focuses on strategic management and professional development. Corporate Education programs include management development seminars and workshops, strategic plan development, special lectures and events, executive coaching sessions and consulting assignments. Endicott College brings expert practitioners and faculty members to work with manufacturing and service companies, community-based organizations, and government agencies to improve organizational, operational and individual effectiveness. Programs are delivered at client sites, online, or at Endicott’s campus in Beverly, Massachusetts.
Our philosophy is to develop customized programs that meet the needs of our client organizations. The programs offered are not “one size fits all.” Rather, representatives spend a significant amount of time collecting information on the particulars of the situation prior to creating an instructional plan. Then, equipped with an understanding of the relevant issues, they develop a cost effective program that is most responsive to the organization’s needs. This process maximizes the likelihood of a productive experience for all.
Instructors and seminar leaders are experienced practitioners and subject matter experts who work as coaches and facilitators to help individuals and organizations work towards significant improvement. Faculty members of Endicott College also actively participate in program development and delivery.
The programs delivered through Corporate Education at Endicott College employ an interactive model of instruction, integrating theory and practice. Through role-plays, illustrative examples, simulations and vigorous group discussions, the opportunity for lasting change is greatest. Our instructors are experienced in encouraging and facilitating structured group participation.
