ENV 332 - Environmental Health An examination of the interrelationships between humans and their environment, focusing on health problems due to biological and chemical contaminants in food, water, and air, as well as community exposure to hazardous substances such as lead and other toxins. Topics also include risk assessments, methods used to measure and monitor environmental exposures, and measures undertaken to prevent and control health impacts including standards, regulations and legislation.
