HTM 440 - Hotel Asset Management

This course enables students to examine the different responsibilities of a Hotel Asset Manager and the implications of this role for the financial success of the hotel by employing a holistic approach that provides strategies about the operating performance, physical plant, marketing position and management of a hotel for its key stakeholders (investors and owners).

HTM 213 and HTM 225 or permission of instructor.
