EX 311 - Exercise Program Design


The purpose of the course is to articulate various strength training programs and associated outcomes. The course will address acute program variables such as training frequency and intensity as well as long-term program variables such as periodization. The intent of the course is to enable students to design programs that maximize peak training and ultimately performance.
