ENG 260 - Gothic Literature Gothic Literature introduces students to the concepts, critical theories and principal texts of the Gothic movement from the late 18th Century to the late 20th Century. Students will read a variety of novels and short stories which exemplify the Gothic genre, and study a selection of critical documents which explain and account for the enduring popularity of this compelling literary movement. Satisfies Literary Perspectives General Education and Writing Designated core requirements.
