CJ 320 - Community Corrections The historical and conceptual development of community corrections in the United States, including in-depth analysis of probation, parole and other non-institutional forms of correctional intervention are analyzed. Particular attention is given to the structure and function of various community correctional components such as probation, parole, diversion, halfway houses, restitution, and restorative justice programs.
