Leading Organizational Change Through Strategic Management Development
The Center for Leadership at Endicott College is the strategic management and professional development institute of the Van Loan School. The Center for Leadership programs includes management development seminars and workshops, strategic plan development, special lectures and events, executive coaching sessions, consulting assignments, and certificate programs. The CFL brings expert practitioners and faculty members to work with manufacturing and service companies, community-based organizations, and government agencies to improve organizational, operational and individual effectiveness. Programs are delivered at client sites, online, or at Endicott campus locations in Beverly, Boston, and Gloucester, Massachusetts.
Custom-Developed Programs
The philosophy of The Center for Leadership at Endicott College is to develop customized programs that meet the needs of our client organizations. The programs offered by the CFL are not “one size fits all.” Rather, representatives from The Center for Leadership at Endicott College spend a significant amount of time collecting information on the particulars of the situation prior to creating an instructional plan. Then, equipped with an understanding of the relevant issues, the CFL develops a cost effective program that is most responsive to the organization’s needs. This process maximizes the likelihood of a productive experience for all.

The Center for Leadership instructors and seminar leaders are experienced practitioners and subject matter experts who work as coaches and facilitators to help individuals and organizations work towards significant improvement. Faculty members of Endicott College also actively participate in program development and delivery.
