OM 537 - Operational and Financial Analysis

Through observation, analysis and discussion, candidates will understand how to create and develop strong plans and procedures to address a full range of safety, health and student needs, while ensuring efficient and effective operational systems (e.g. maintenance, transportation, food service, management information systems, etc.) Using effective systems and an overarching philosophy, candidates will understand the role of leadership in creating a safe and orderly school environment. Maximizing resources through creating a school budget and schedule that priorities learning will be a particular area of focus.
