HTA 374 - Hospitality Organizational Behavior


This course will explore the fundamental components of organizational behavior through a comprehensive investigation of supervisory models within the hospitality industry. Using an examination of industry practitioners, readings and text, students will construct various conceptual frameworks to comprehend and lead hospitality organizations. Students will also explore the foundations of formulating an in-depth research topic to carry over to the Senior Thesis course. Satisfies the Writing Designated core requirement.
