BUS 330 - Consumer Behavior Study of the consumer as a decision maker. Social and psychological influences on purchasing decisions are examined with emphasis on their implications for retail marketing strategy. Topics include: external and internal influences on consumer lifestyles, the nature of consumer motivation, the purchase decision process as it relates to the consumption of consumer goods and services, and appropriate marketing responses. Satisfies the Social Science core requirement.
