EDSM 510 - Management and Leadership in Sport
An examination of the human dynamics in sport organizations and how human resource management can affect sport organizational effectiveness. Emphasis will be given to the myriad of management practices and how leadership theory can explain the evolution of a strong mission, strategic plan, and the cultivation of human resources.
