Graduates of the School of Education’s licensure programs may apply to be an Endicott Teaching Fellow as part of a 5th year M.Ed. program. The Teaching Fellows Program is a year-long residency that provides M.Ed. graduate students in Endicott’s Van Loan School of Professional Studies with an opportunity to participate in a classroom and school community as a Teaching Fellow under the guidance of a master teacher. In exchange for one academic year of teaching, the host school will pay the full graduate tuition for their Teaching Fellow. Candidates for the Teaching Fellows Program must hold a Massachusetts teaching license and be enrolled in an M.Ed. program at the Van Loan School of Graduate and Professional Studies at Endicott College. Suggested roles for Teaching Fellows include: literacy coaches, associate teachers, Special Education teacher, and reading specialist in training.
