ABA 705 - Behaviorism and Philosophy of Science The application of science to the study of human behavior was paradigm shift in the study of why people do what they do. The philosophy of this perspective is “behaviorism,” a unique way of thinking and viewing the world both outside and inside the skin. Students in this course will study the work of Skinner and Chiesa and learn their definitions of radical behaviorism, how it differs from earlier schools of psychology, and how this philosophical perspective influences how we view the world and behavior in it.
