PHY 202/202L - Physics with Calculus II and Lab

A calculus-based, problem-solving approach to elementary physics for scientists and engineers. Topics include Newtonian mechanics, heat and sound waves, motion, forces, energy, and momentum. Success in PHY 201 or equivalent highly recommended. Class, three hours; lab, two hours per week (Lecture: 3 cr.; Lab: 1 cr.) Must be registered for lecture and lab sections.
 

Prerequisites & Notes
MTH 135 or permission of instructor.
