Learning Outcomes
Upon completion of the hospitality programs, students will:
- Develop strong interpersonal and communication skills associated with customer negotiation and active listening.
- Communicate effectively in written form within the conventions of the discipline.
- Demonstrate the critical inquiry and analysis skills needed to engage constructively in intellectual discourse within the discipline of hospitality management.
- Demonstrate effective financial skills including operational hotel and restaurant ratio calculations, SWOT analyses, and management process and styles.
- Develop the relevant technological skills used in the hospitality industry.
