Endicott College offers a bachelor’s program in nursing for students without prior educational background in nursing as well as advanced placement programs for RNs interested in earning a bachelor’s degree. Endicott College offers a traditional bachelor’s program in nursing for students without prior educational background in nursing. The bachelor’s program prepares students to take the National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses (NCLEX-RN). We also offer an online RN to BSN programs for RNs interested in earning a bachelor’s degree. The Curriculum of the Bachelor of Science in Nursing program at Endicott College has been developed to provide students with the education required to practice in today’s increasingly complex healthcare system. Our student nurses are taught how to create a culture of health, to reduce health disparities and to improve the overall well-being of the population in the 21st Century.
Endicott College School of Nursing is a place where faculty, students, and staff enjoy working and learning together. The faculty are clinical experts who conduct research in their respective fields. Their expertise and passion for nursing is evident in their commitment to student learning and dedication to student needs. The students are motivated, passionate, involved, and curious. Endicott fosters the educational mobility of nurses through seamless progression from the baccalaureate to the master’s and doctoral education levels. The strong emphasis on research starts with a three course research method series in the baccalaureate program which provides a strong foundation for graduate studies.
