HSC 320 - AI in Healthcare

This course explores the growing role and impact of artificial intelligence (AI) in healthcare. Key topics include patient monitoring, care and administrative task automation, treatment-plan adherence, and AI assisted patient interactions. Through readings, discussions, and collaborative learning activities students will examine the impact of AI on both provider and patient experiences. The course encourages critical analysis of current AI applications and their potential future directions in healthcare settings.
