ABA 7XX - Learning and Development

This course is designed to provide doctoral students with foundational research, concepts, and strategies related to learning and development, along with advancements over the years, current trends, and future directions. Students will review articles, book chapters, videos, and applied examples to get a full breadth of understanding of the building blocks of learning, how to plan and assess learning development and impact, components of instructional design, and transfer of training.
