ENV 214 - Humans, Insects, & Disease

This course will cover interactions between humans and insects.  It will use entomology to teach science and critical thinking.  Basic insect biology and the role insects play in global health will be major themes in the course, but many other topics such as forensic entomology, emerging disease outbreaks, pesticide use, entomophagy, and cultural and historical impacts of insects will be discussed
