ART 207 - Color Theory and Light

Color Theory and Light is an introduction to the physics, optics, properties and applications of color in an art context. This course offers a survey of historic and contemporary pigments, examines the visual perception of color, and thoroughly investigates the properties of hues through interrelated lectures, hands-on making, and related readings.
