OB 509 - Ethics and Leadership

This course explores key psychological, sociological, and cognitive concepts related to ethical leadership, focusing on the role that leaders play in shaping the ethical culture at the individual, group, and organizational level. Topics will include: developmental and cognitive approaches to understanding ethical decision making; traits of ethical and unethical leaders; the psychology of ethically leading small groups; globalism and ethical leadership; and the psychological principles of ethical leadership during crises.
