HTM 302 - Hospitality Research Methods

Research and analysis tools used in Hospitality and related fields are the focus of this course. Emphasis is given to peer reviewed research and primary and secondary data collection techniques. Methods of data analysis, and interpretation and presentation of findings that are needed to produce a piece of scholarly work are explored.

Junior class status or permission of instructor. Open to Hospitality majors only.
