HMS 101 - Orientation Leadership

This course provides a structured classroom experience to accompany a practical leadership experience on campus with First Year Students. Through the practical and classroom experience, students will focus on applying leadership concepts to practice, engage in reflections, and develop their leadership capacities. Through readings, class presentations, experiential exercises, journal reflections, and small group discussion, students are challenged to map their path of initial leadership development at Endicott College.
